Spending hours at our desks often leads to back pain from spasming back muscles.
This is due to some muscles overworking and others weakening: we develop weak hamstrings, tight quadriceps, an anterior pelvic tilt, weak core and tight back muscles.
Over time this can lead to rounded shoulders and abnormal curvature of the spine.
In our sessions, I’ll include exercises to correct these poor postural features. So you’ll look better and feel less achey!
