No-Added-Sugar November is here!

So many of you ask me about nutrition during our sessions. The answer to healthy eating is to eat natural, unprocessed foods and include all of fat, carbohydrates and protein with every meal. Ensure you drink plenty of water as well.

To support many of you in your new approach to nutrition I have decided to make November my No-Added-Sugar month! Together we are making our bodies more healthy and more energised!
